answers.
Can I invite other caregivers?
Yes. Workspace administrators can invite caregivers and choose their access level. You can change or revoke that access later.
Can I register from my phone?
Yes. You can copy an authenticator setup key on the same phone, or scan a QR code using another screen. Email verification is also available when configured.
Does this replace our diabetes care team?
No. Your care team sets the treatment plan. The app organizes care and records, and shows calculations from the plan you enter. Follow clinical advice and your device’s alerts.
How do monthly and annual plans work?
Both include the same tools. Annual billing has a lower total than 12 monthly payments. You can cancel renewal from your account’s Billing page.
What happens if a payment is missed?
The account owner receives payment notices and time to update billing. If access is paused, the records are retained and access can be restored when the subscription is current.
